09brt Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 09brt platform and all of its services. 09brt is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

In these Terms, "we", "platform", or "09brt" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You" or "user" refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the services of this platform.

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• You may not open an account in another person's name or without their permission.

1.3 Right to Close Accounts

09brt reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to hack the system.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

2.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can currently be deposited on 09brt via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (most Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Deposits by any other method are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

09brt offers new members a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. Details on how the bonus works:

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus can be withdrawn. This condition applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposited amount.

• Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: bonus amount × 20.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawing.
• The bonus balance becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may apply for a limited time — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• A bonus offer applies only once per account, per household, or per IP address.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, we may cancel the bonus and close the account.
• 09brt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If an account is closed for any reason, any unused bonus will be forfeited.

4.1 General Gaming Terms

All games operated on 09brt (slots, roulette, live casino, fishing games, crash games, etc.) are run on the basis of fair and random outcomes. Fair play is ensured.

• If a technical problem occurs during a game, that round may be considered void.
• Attempting to exploit any error or bug in the software is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts is prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, 09brt's system logs will be considered the final evidence.

4.2 Sports Betting Terms

Rules for betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• Once a bet is placed, the outcome cannot be changed.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Participation in match fixing or suspicious activity will result in immediate account closure.
• In live betting, bets may be cancelled due to network delays.
• We reserve the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

5.1 VIP Tiers

09brt's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. 09brt reserves the right to modify or withdraw VIP benefits.

5.2 Cashback Terms

• Cashback is calculated at a set time each week and credited to your account.
• Cashback funds can be used or withdrawn directly without any bonus wagering requirement.
• Cashback rates may change from time to time.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following activities are completely prohibited, and violating them will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Attempting to access or use another person's account.
• Deliberately placing low-risk bets to meet bonus wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting any vulnerability in the platform's systems or software.
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using a third party's funds.
• Disrespectful conduct toward other players or staff.
• Collusion (placing bets in coordination with other players).

6.2 Fraud Prevention

09brt monitors all suspicious transactions and activities. If evidence of fraud is found, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities and all funds in the account may be forfeited.
